E2i |

Through
the Energy Efficiency Initiative (E2i), we shall promote awareness amongst industry on the need to adopt better energy management practices. We will help link companies concerned with their energy consumption into a proactive business exchange. |

We
shall provide information on energy technologies, processes, equipment and other related areas to bridge the information gap that exists today. We have, time and again, seen that lack of awareness about specifics deter implementation. "Training the Trainers", specific Round tables, Workshops and Seminars will form part of this initiative. |
|
|
|
Our outreach programmes will utilise our empanelled consultants to work with specific industry groups to help them adopt better energy use practices. This means putting in place a hand-holding system that steers companies towards the right direction in terms of implementation and monitoring of results. |

The ECO Project
|
| Energy Conservation and
Commercialization (ECO) is an USAID assistance instrument that aims to promote widespread commercialization of energy efficiency technologies and services in India, thereby contributing to the reduction in growth of greenhouse gas emissions.
|
| The Environment Management Centre of the Indian Chamber of Commerce (EMC) is establishing a Business Exchange Service under the ECO project with the goal of bringing energy service providers and end users together in a fruitful manner.
