For meetings seminars & conference , the Chamber has one auditorium at the 10th floor and 3 meeting rooms at 9th floor

  • Auditorium

    ICC auditorium is at the 10th floor of the building with a seating capacity of around 200 guests with additional space to increase seating up to 300 guests. The Hall has witnessed several high profile visits – Foreign and Indian dignitaries – Central and State Ministers, Foreign Ambassadors and Consulates and other important V.I.P’s.
    The auditorium is fully air-conditioned and has in- built Dias with provision for fixing backdrop to customize the stage. It has also in built audio system with two mikes. The adjacent place on the Northern side of the Auditorium is used for lunch/ high-tea. There is additional area at the entrance for pre function activities; the auditorium can be accessed by 3 nos of passenger lifts in the front side of the building. The hall is available from 10 a.m to 6 p.m on weekdays and 10 a.m till 5 p.m on Saturdays and Sundays. Additional amount is payable if the meeting continues beyond the scheduled time. ICC has a group of enlisted vendors for different facilities like tea, snacks, lunch, AV, flower arrangements, photographer etc to be paid separately to the respective vendors.


  • Main Committee Room

    The meeting room located at the 9th floor of the Building has a seating capacity of 50 persons, the setup is board room style and it is ideal for interactive sessions. ICC empanelled vendor services are available on chargeable basis. It has a pre function area and can be used for activities such as registration of guests.


  • Room No 1

    The meeting room located at the 9th floor of the building has a seating capacity of 25 persons with board room setup. The room is ideal for small gatherings. It also has pre function area in front of it. The meeting room is available from 10 a.m to 6 p.m on weekdays and 10 a.m to 5 p.m on Saturday’s & Holidays. Other facilities like lunch, tea, etc may be arranged against separate payment to the vendors enlisted with ICC


  • Room No 2

    The meeting room located at the 9th floor of the building has a seating capacity of 20 persons with board room style seating arrangement. The meeting room is available from 10 a.m to 6 p.m on weekdays and 10 a.m to 5 p.m on Saturday’s & Holidays. Other facilities like lunch, tea, etc may be arranged against separate payment to the vendors enlisted with ICC
